En agosto de 1997 nos dejó Tete Montoliu, uno de los músicos más brillantes de la escena europea del jazz del siglo XX, que se codeó con los grandes músicos del bebop y hard-bop y fue de los pocos músicos europeos respetados y admirados por los grandes del género. Su sonido y fraseo propios permiten identificarlo fácilmente y definen su gran personalidad. Podemos afirmar, sin lugar a dudas, que en la historia del jazz de nuestro país ha habido con él un antes y un después.
Hoy, se reúnen Terraza y Fumero, dos amigos que le fueron cercanos, y que vienen colaborando asiduamente durante años en diferentes proyectos, para recordarlo y rendirle homenaje. lo harán revisitando algunos de los temas y compositores favoritos de Montoliu desde su personal mirada.

Today, Terraza and Fumero, two friends who were close to him, and who have been collaborating regularly for years on different projects, meet to remember him and pay tribute to him. They will do so by revisiting some of Montoliu’s favorite songs and composers from his personal point of view.
